Masking products to reduce times on paint spraying times

 PRNT3D socket shield cover

As professional painters and decorators are all aware the benefits of paint spraying when decorating homes. The job is less about paint spraying and more about masking, even in new builds. So when there are new products which can reduce the masking times we're all interested to see!

PRNT3D are releasing new products specifically designed for paint spraying, and we're here to review a few of their products, as some of them we haven't seen before.

PRNT3D socket shield cover

Socket Covers

Now Socket Covers arent new on the market however, PRNT3D have come up with a simple design that works. Their competitors have a magnet design which pulls itself onto the socket, however the PRNT3D Socket Shield is much simpler. Their design is a simple thin plastic design which pushes onto the socket, This allows you to slight adjust the depth of the cover, allowing for different socket thickness or, allowing you to get right to the edge of the socket while spraying. The other advantage to this is the price. £2.50 per socket cover. We've seen more expensive socket covers, that's for sure.

PRNT3D spot light shield

Spotlight Covers

Masking spotlight can be a pain in the ... especially when you cant pull them down form the ceiling. The answer is again a simple one. The Socket shield covers. Again from a thin plastic material, they simply press in place and thats it. Your spotlights are protected.

PRNT3D hinge cover shield

Hinge Shields

Have you noticed how the majority of new build now have similar hinges. They're a pain to mask as the tape always seems to comes off. PRNT3D have come up with a slim fitting hinge cover which simply slots over the hinge and protects it from overspray.

They have two option. A long option for standard doors and a short design for bathroom doors.

PRNT3D also stock a range of power tool accessories as well as battery holders for you home or van. When we spoke to them, they said they're "a relatively new company who are tradespeople themselves, launching new items each week to help make tradespeople work and life become a little easier".
